DN Erhverv A/S has a wide network of legal, financial and technical associates. We are therefore able to offer professional advice in every aspect of property investment.
In those areas where we do not ourselves have specific expertise, we act as coordinators and ensure that all the necessary documentation and information is collected. This includes the adherence to legal due diligence, the organisation of planning law and environmental implications, and a survey of the building. We also arrange the preparation of all the necessary legal documents for property transactions, like seller agreements and lease contracts.
